Free phone number (2WAY free DID) service discontinued. This is a planned change, not an outage. Free numbers have been moved to a 30-day trial and their owners are being emailed a link to keep the number. Phones that show "not registered" for a free number, or that were pointed at an old IP address, need the settings on the information page.
